Shipping and Payment

 

Shipping

 

Your order on online.oasisfloral.de can currently only be delivered to addresses in Germany or Austria.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods are dispatched from Monday to Friday by standard shipping. All orders received by 12:00 noon are usually dispatched on the same working day.
Public holidays and bridging days are excluded.

 

Shipping information for deliveries within Germany

Shipping costs of € 5.80 net / € 6.90 gross apply for orders within Germany. The delivery time is approx. 1-3 working days (delivery days from Monday to Friday). From a gross value of goods of 50 € net / 59.50 € per order we deliver the order free of shipping costs.

 

Guarenateed24Service within Germany (*except for payment method "prepayment")

We deliver up to a value of € 150.00 net / € 178.50 gross within Germany *(islands excluded) also by 24 hour service.
For this we charge a shipping fee of 20,00 € net / 23,80 € gross per order. Orders received by 12:00 noon will be delivered on the next working day (delivery days from Monday to Friday). Public holidays and bridging days are excluded. Please note: This service is unfortunately not available when selecting the payment method 'payment in advance'.

 

Shipping information for deliveries to Austria

For deliveries to Austria, a flat-rate shipping fee of € 20.00 net / € 23.80 gross will be charged. The delivery time is approx. 2-3 working days. From an order value of € 125.00 net / € 148.75 gross we deliver free of charge.

 


Partial deliveries are generally permitted. Partial deliveries are considered independent transactions. Differences resulting from this do not cancel the unfulfilled part of the purchase contract.
Delivery dates are only approximate and are not binding. Any delays in delivery shall not entitle the purchaser to claim damages. In the event of a delay in delivery, we shall be granted a reasonable period of grace.

If, after we are already in default, the buyer grants us a reasonable grace period with the threat of refusal, the buyer shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract if this grace period expires without result. The buyer shall only be entitled to claims for damages due to non-fulfilment in the amount of the foreseeable damage if the delay was due to intent or gross negligence. Otherwise, liability for damages shall be limited to 50 % of the damage incurred. The above liability provision shall not apply if a commercial transaction for delivery by a fixed date has been expressly agreed.

 

 

Payment

 

The following payment methods are available to the customer:

  • Payment by Paypal

  • Payment by SEPA direct debit. This is a service provided by Paypal. A Paypal customer account is not required to use the direct debit procedure. In Austria, payment by SEPA direct debit is excluded.

  • Payment by credit card. This is a service provided by PayPal. A PayPal customer account is not required for this.

  • Payment in advance. Please note: Shipping via Guaranteed24Service (24-hour service) is unfortunately not possible when selecting this payment method.
