All display hearts are ideal for representative funeral floristry, wedding floristry and many other occasions. The wooden base gives the hearts a high level of stability, while the transverse cut lines prevent drainage. The wooden stand is firmly attached to the foam. When it is folded apart, the heart stands upright in a stable position. When it is folded up, the heart can easily be transported lying down. The OASIS® BIOLINE® Urn Heart also has a wooden base for the urn. This allows it to be placed in the middle of the heart, making it look particularly beautiful.
Ensure correct watering:
Due to the size of the products, the conventional watering method is rarely used.
A mortar mixing tub (available from DIY stores) is best suited as a watering vessel. It should be clean and the water level in the container should be as high as possible. Water the heart by holding it vertically and slowly dipping it deep into the tub, heart tip first, until the bottom half of the heart is soaked with water. Then turn the heart over and water the top half in the same way.
Although foam segmentation significantly reduces water drainage, the heart should be placed upright for approx. 30 minutes after soaking, as a water loss of approx. 20% cannot be avoided.
TIP: The heart should be placed upright for a certain amount of time after trimming so that the water displaced by the flower stems can run off.
