Why do we offer an online shop?
We are very keen to offer you the best service and to strengthen our industry together. Our new online shop gives you quick, easy and convenient access to our entire range. Of course, our products are still available from wholesalers.
Can anyone register in the Smithers-Oasis online shop?
Yes, anyone from Germany and Austria can register in our online shop. Special conditions are available to florists and wholesalers after registration. Until the personal retailer login is activated, only private customer prices are visible. By logging into your customer account, you can access your personal data and view all content and prices without restriction. A retailer login is usually activated by 10:00 a.m. on the next working day at the latest.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Germany and Austria.
What are the shipping costs and how long is the delivery time?
Goods are dispatched from Monday to Friday. All orders received by 12:00 noon are dispatched on the same day, depending on availability. Public holidays and bridging days are excluded.
Shipping information for deliveries within Germany
Shipping costs of € 5.80 net / € 6.90 gross apply for orders within Germany. The delivery time is approx. 1-3 working days (delivery days from Monday to Friday). From a gross value of 50 € net / 59,50 € per order we deliver the order free of shipping costs.
Guaranteed24Service within Germany (*except for payment method "Prepayment")
We deliver up to a goods value of € 150.00 net / € 178.50 gross within Germany* (islands excluded) also by 24-hour service.
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of € 20.00 net / € 23.80 gross per order. Orders received by 12:00 noon will be delivered on the next working day (delivery days Mon-Fri). Public holidays and bridging days are excluded.
Shipping information for deliveries to Austria
For deliveries to Austria, a flat-rate shipping fee of € 20.00 net / € 23.80 gross will be charged. The delivery time is approx. 2-3 working days. From an order value of € 125.00 net / € 148.75 gross we deliver free of charge.
Which payment methods are offered?
We offer the following payment methods in our online shop:

Payment by SEPA direct debit. This is a service provided by Paypal. A Paypal customer account is not required to use the direct debit procedure. In Austria, payment by SEPA direct debit is excluded..
- Ivoice purchase (precessed via Ratepay). This is a service provided by PayPal. A PayPal customer account is not required to use this service. ayment processing is carried out through Ratepay. This service is available in Germany only.
