I successfully completed my training as an industrial clerk at Smithers-Oasis and now work in Sales Support. In this role, I assist my colleagues with creating reports, statistics, and sales promotion activities. My responsibilities also include maintaining customer data, planning field service meetings, and organizing complaints. What I find particularly exciting is that these tasks keep me close to our customers and allow me to view processes from different perspectives. The working atmosphere is fantastic – I can always rely on my colleagues.
