„I feel like I'm in the right place here."
I successfully completed my training as an industrial clerk at Smithers-Oasis. I now work in Sales Support, assisting my colleagues with the creation of reports, statistics, and sales-promoting activities. My responsibilities also include maintaining customer data, planning field service meetings, and organizing complaint management. What I find particularly exciting is that these tasks allow me to stay close to our customers and view processes from different perspectives. The working atmosphere is fantastic – I can always rely on my colleagues.

"I successfully completed my training as an industrial clerk at Smithers-Oasis in 2019. During my apprenticeship, I realized that I really enjoy having direct contact with customers. That’s why I have been working in Customer Service since 2019, supporting countries such as Germany, Italy, Belgium, and the Netherlands. I handle order processing and assist with any questions or concerns. In 2020, I was given the opportunity to take the trainer certification exam (AdA), and since then, I have been a certified trainer for industrial clerks."

A good working atmosphere, job security, and opportunities for advancement motivated me to continue developing my career within the company. In 2019, I joined the team as a production assistant. Smithers-Oasis is a social enterprise that prioritizes the health and retirement provisions of its individual employees. Among other things, the company offers excellent training and career advancement opportunities, which I have also taken advantage of. I have been a team leader since 2021 and look forward to new challenges every day. I can proudly say that I have fully achieved self-fulfillment in my professional life and continue to strive toward this goal. I am happy to be part of Smithers-Oasis.
